Locogen Energy Services is delighted to be appointed for yet another design and full turnkey solar installation project in the Argyle and Bute Council area. This ground-mounted project helps to the pledge to net zero at the council’s headquarters offices in the west coast of Scotland.
The project required the removal of existing greenhouses and site clearance prior to building an ideal solar array location for electricity generation. This system has large financial benefits which will result in long-term energy savings. Additionally, it has significant environmental impact to reduce carbon emissions with no harmful by-products. Lastly, this solar project will generate electricity during daylight and help meet a feasible amount of the council headquarter’s energy requirements.
